Lance and I worked together in the early 80's at Adult Probation and Parole. He had a smile on his face every day and was a pleasure to work with. He often quoted "liar, liar, pants on fire, " which became my favorite phrase. He was a wonderful man, and I admired his very visible integrity. My deepest sympathies to the family.
