Obituary for Hazel M. Allen
Hazel M. Allen, 96, formerly of Blue Ball, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at Magnolias of Lancaster.
She was born in East Waterford, Juniata County to the late Charles and Jennie Blanche (Vanscyoc) Gloss and was the wife of the late Willard J. Allen.
Hazel attended the Bridgeville EC Church, Narvon. During her working years, she was an LPN at Lancaster General Hospital. She was an animal lover and enjoyed sewing, reading, walking and attending bible study.
She is survived by a nephew, Gerald Lynn Eaton of Thompsontown, PA.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 5, from 3:00 to 3:30 pm, at the Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Ave., Ephrata. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017, at 11 am, in the East Waterford Cemetery, Juniata County.
Arrangements by Stradling Funeral Homes, Inc., Akron/Ephrata.
