Obituary for Bernadette R. Wargo

Bernadette R.  Wargo
Bernadette R. Wargo, 71, of Wernersville, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015, at her home.

She was born in Jersey City to the late Charles and Carol (Pace) Re and was the wife of Michael Wargo, with whom she shared 22 years of marriage.

Bernadette, the eldest of 4 children, was a member of the Swamp Lutheran Church in Reinholds, the Wernersville Women's Club, the Reading Berks Guild of Craftsman, and she had a booth at 272 Antiques.

In the early years, Bernadette worked as an administrative assistant for Celanese.

In addition to her husband, Bernadette is survived by a daughter, Melissa and husband Mark Ziobro of Massachusetts; a son, Erik and wife Christine Boettcher of New Hampshire; 5 granddaughters, Hilary Boettcher of Wernersville, Allison and husband Keith Russell of Massachusetts, Lauren Boettcher, and Olivia Boettcher, both of New Hampshire, and Kyla Ziobro of Massachusetts; 2 brothers, Bernard and wife Donna Re of New Jersey, and Richard and wife Camille Re of New Jersey; a sister-in-law, Barbara Re of North Carolina; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Re.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015, from 9:30 to 11:00 am at the Swamp Lutheran Church, 275 Swamp Church Road, Reinholds. A memorial service will follow, with Pastor Dennis L. Trout officiating.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
