Grace Marie Hartranft, 92, of Stevens, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at Exeter Greens Care and Rehab. Center in Reading.
She was born in Ephrata to the late Norman and Elizabeth (Hibshman) Eshleman and was the wife of the late Stephen M. Hartranft.
Grace had attended Reamstown Church of God. She enjoyed teaching bible study in her home.
Grace worked for the Denver Hat Factory, Akron Shoe Factory, and she was also the Social Director of Parkside Manor.
Grace is survived by 2 daughters, Bonnie J. Musser of Stevens, Cathy, wife of Richard Steffy of Denver, 5 sons, Stephen Hartranft, Jr., husband of Candy (Goshert) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Paul Hartranft, husband of Christine (Musser) of Ephrata, John Hartranft, husband of Janet (Fox) of Nokomis, FL, Philip Hartranft of Stevens, and Joel Hartranft, husband of Doris (Gehman) of Ephrata; 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Jane Good of Landis Homes.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers, Melvin, Kenneth, and Arthur Eshleman, and sisters, Miriam Weaver and Pauline Zilkie.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, from 9 to 10 am at the Reamstown Church of God, 400 Pfautz Hill Rd., Stevens. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 am, with Pastor Joel Hainley officiating.
Interment will take place in the Middle Creek Brethren Cemetery.
