Robert "Bobby" James Harsh, 58, of Ephrata, passed away after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
He was born in Lancaster to the late Robert C. and June (Mentzer) Harsh and was the husband of the late Kelly Lynn (McElwee) Harsh who passed away in 2008.
Robert was a warehouse manager for W.E.H. Supply in Denver before retiring. He enjoyed dirt track racing, fishing and spotting for deer. He especially enjoyed going to the mountains in Tioga County and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
Robert is survived by 3 children, Krystle Harsh of Ephrata, William Harsh of Akron, Taylor Harsh of Ephrata; 3 siblings, Sharon, wife of Nelson Groff of East Earl, Jeff Harsh of Narvon, Michelle, wife of Andrew Maser of Kleinfeltersville; 5 grandchildren, Ethan, Logan and Conner Druckemiller, Ryder and Benton Harsh with one more on the way, and his beloved dog Sadie.
A celebration of Bobby's life will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM at Stradling Funeral Home, 30 N. Ninth Street, Akron, PA. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
