Rebecca H. Burkholder, 77, of Ephrata, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at home.

She was born in W. Earl Twp. to the late Joseph O. and Susanna E. (High) Burkholder.

She was a member of Conestoga Mennonite Church (Groffdale Conference)

Rebecca is survived by 6 brothers, Amos Burkholder of TN, Luke Burkholder of MO, Melvin, husband of Lizzie (Shirk) Burkholder of Hahnstown, Phares J., husband of Lydia (Zimmerman) Burkholder of WI, Allen D., husband of Anna Ruth (Martin) Burkholder of Lebanon, Norman H., husband of Norma (Eberly) Burkholder of Schoeneck; 2 sisters, Mary H. Burkholder of Ephrata, Annie H. Burkholder of Ephrata; 40 nieces and nephews and 243 grand nieces and grand nephews.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the late residence, 630 E. Metzler Road, Ephrata. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017, at 8:30 AM at the late residence with further services at 9:30 AM, from the Groffdale Frame Mennonite Church, West Earl Township, with Bishop Ammon Weaver officiating. Interment will take place in the adjoining church cemetery.
