Tony C. Martin, 57, of Ephrata, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017.

He was born in Ephrata to Dorothy J. (Heilinger) Miller and the late Curtis F. Martin.

We lay to rest one of the best, a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. Such a creative soul, a unique individual. No one joy will ever replace the permanent place in our hearts, and memories you've created with each and every one of us. Your art was one of a kind, your soul so enlightening, your presence brought so much joy to everyone around you. At least now you're no longer in pain and you're in a better place. Just make sure you watch over us up there the same way you did when you were down here. I remember growing up the joys, the way you loved my creativity, we all loved yours.The things you've taught all of us, the memories we built, you will never be forgotten; each of us has our own memories of you from building go-karts, to painting your walls, watching your glass work, your fluorescent light shows, and having a stand at Artworks at Doneckers. Such an amazing soul; till we meet again.

In addition to his mother, Tony is survived by a brother, James Martin; 2 sisters, Tammy Mollenkopf, Jewel Poysher and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Martin.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017, from 6 to 8 PM at the Stradling Funeral Home, 30 North Ninth Street, Akron.
