Virginia Ebling, 99, of Ephrata, formerly of Reinholds, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at Fairmount Homes Inc.

She was born in Schoeneck to the late Stephen and Katie (Harding) Wenrich and was the wife of the late Melvin R. Ebling who passed away in 1991.

Virginia is survived by 2 daughters, Marianne, wife of Emerson Strickler of Sinking Spring, and Carol L., wife of Sam W. Fritz of Bowmansville; 3 grandchildren, Tony Strickler, Matthew Ebling, and Maria Harter; 3 great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Stephanie and Michael; a brother, Richard, husband of June Wenrich; and daughter-in-law, Kathleen Ebling.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Warren W. Ebling, and a brother, Leon Wenrich.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016, from 10 to 11 am, at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut Street, Denver. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am, with Pastor Bob Smallman officiating. Interment will take place in the Swamp Cemetery.
