Paul Z. Musser, 89, of Ephrata went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016 at Fairmount Homes where he resided.

Born in Clay Township of Ephrata, he was the son of the late David and Lena (Zimmerman) Musser. He was the loving husband of Ruth (Zimmerman) Musser, with whom he shared 68 years of marriage.

Paul was a member at Faith Mennonite Fellowship, Stevens. His servant heart was evident in the multiple Christian ministries and committees in which he served. In his earlier years, he was co-owner of Hollinger’s Farm Market, manager of Twin Pine Auto Sales and a Real Estate Agent. He was also a representative for the Brotherly Aid Sharing Plans for many years. He had a love for singing and song-leading and enjoyed participating in the Cheerful Anthems Men’s Chorus and the Living Herald Quartet. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, reading and time spent with family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children: Eugene, husband of Leane (Bowman) of Ephrata; Joanne, wife of Jay Ginder of Lititz; Janet, wife of Roger Heller of Robesonia; Gerald, husband of Carol (Martin) of Ephrata; James, husband of Brenda (Charles) of Ephrata; 16 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary (Musser) Hollinger and a great-grandson, Connor Holland.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, Oct. 13 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 pm. at Faith Mennonite Fellowship, 335 Line Road, Stevens, PA 17578. The funeral will be held on Friday, Oct. 14 at the church at 10:00 a.m. with a viewing one hour prior to the service.
