My condolences to all family survivors. I knew Russ through the 60 and 70s as a fellow weight lifter and friend. I remember working out in that little shed in January and February with no heat and I think there was one light bulb that when you stood next to it you could see steam coming off of your sweaty clothes. Russ was a good man and had a great sense of humor. He would do anything for you and never expected anything in return. .May he rest in peace and I hope the Mentzer boys will there waiting for him to thank him for what he did for them in the early years God Bless you Russ
