Anna Mary Burkholder, 90, of Ephrata, passed away on Friday, August 12, 2016, at her residence.

She was born in Earl Township to the late Aaron and Mary (Weaver) Nolt and was the wife of the late George O. Burkholder who died in 2012.

She was a member of Martindale Old Order Mennonite Church, Groffdale Conference.

Anna Mary was a Homemaker.

Anna Mary is survived by son, Lester N., husband of Annie H. (Zimmerman) Burkholder of Ephrata; 4 daughters, Mary Ellen, wife of Clarence S. Weaver of Martinsburg, Erma N., wife of Norman N. Shirk of New Holland, Ida Ann, wife of Marvin W. Martin of Versailles, MO, Etta N., wife of John Mark Martin of New Holland: a daughter-in-law, Floretta Mae (Martin) Burkholder of Shiloh, OH; 28 grandchildren; 83 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Willis, husband of Emma Nolt of Manheim, Edwin, husband of Katie Nolt of Brownstown, and a sister, Emma, wife of Jonas Reiff of Ephrata.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Ammon N. Burkholder; 1 grandchild; 7 great grandchildren;, 4 brothers, Raymond Nolt, Allen Nolt, Weaver Nolt, Aaron Nolt, and a sister, Esther Zimmerman.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016, from 2 to 4 PM, and 6 to 8 PM, at the late residence, 1025 Frys Road, Ephrata. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016, starting at 9:00 AM, at the late residence with further services at 9:30 AM from the Martindale Old Order Mennonite Church, 905 Martindale Road, Martindale, with Bishop Titus Martin officiating. Interment will take place in the adjoining church cemetery.
