To those who were closest to Jeff I offer my deepest sympathy for your loss. These last few days I've thought a lot about the times shared with Jeff. Hunting, fishing, trips upstate and yes sitting at the bar too. Honestly a lot more of the last one than I would like to admit. That was not entirely a bad thing though because for some reason I could talk to him about things I wouldn't talk about with many other people. And he was happy to do it. In my opinion he was probably a more caring person than many would realize. Definitely better at helping others with their problems than dealing with his own. I was pretty much the same way. I guess that's why he seemed to know when something was bugging me and what to say that would help me deal with it without making it worse. I know advice he gave me helped me make some decisions in my life that had a positive impact. I'm forever thankful to him for that. He will be missed.
