As a new licensee working for Warren and my Grandad passing I can't begin to express how I felt the evening I was at Grandpas' viewing and turned around only to see Warren took time and cared enough to sacrifice time from home to show his support of his newer associate. He never knew my Grandad, but that was the heart of Warren. He genuinely cared. Christmas, he would invite all the associates to a fine local restaurant and gift each of us a Lennox Christmas plate. I still have mine. As a new licensee Warren would say "Whatever you do, get your education"! That was the absolute best advice and as often the case, Warren was right! No matter what part of the building one would be in, if you heard a pair of fast paced feet coming up the carpeted stairs or down the carpeted hall we all knew Warren was on a mission. We never saw or heard Warren cross, disturbed or ever speak out of term. His word was always his honorable promise because he genuinely cared!! In a sales meeting Warren instructed us by saying "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care"! As a new licensee with great responsibility and soon to learn how much one doesn't know after passing the state exam..Warren would say, "If a client asks a question you don't know the answer to, go find out, promise the client a time you will call them back and follow through". Never were we ever encouraged to compromise or fall short of integrity to make a sale! I will always be grateful for the providential crossing of paths with an honorable professional who left such an impression on me that I followed Warrens' advice and never regretted doing so. Thank you Mrs. Weaver for all the times you sacrificed Warren to us for the sake of the business. It's been said behind every good man, is a good woman! God bless you and comfort you! You made this memory possible for all of us!
