Obituary for Azlyn Paige Nolt

Azlyn Paige Nolt, infant daughter of Jeremy and Krista F. (Burkholder) Nolt, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at the Ephrata Community Hospital.

In addition to her parents, Azlyn is survived by maternal grandparents, Roger and Shirley (Horning) Burkholder of Stevens; paternal grandparents, Marvin and Nancy (Weaver) Nolt of Landisburg; maternal great-grandfather, Chester Burkholder of Ephrata; maternal great-grandparents, Henry and Ruth E. (Lehman) Horning of Lititz; paternal great-grandparents, Edwin and Katie (Martin) Nolt of Brownstown; paternal great-grandparents, Myron and Anna Mary (Sensenig) Weaver of Richland; paternal great-great-grandfather, Raymond Weaver of Ephrata.

She was preceded in death by 2 maternal great-grandmothers, Alta (Seibel ) Horning and Esther Mae (Martin) Burkholder.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 2, at the Lime Rock Mennonite Cemetery, with Bishop Melvin Martin and Ministers Noah Lamar Hurst and Henry Horning officiating.
