Born on February 22, 1922, Pauline grew up on a farm and often talked about the hard work she did helping to cut and strip tobacco. She also had many interesting stories of rural life during the Great Depression. She and Donald raised their family in Ephrata. Pauline was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a good cook and homemaker and enjoyed antiquing with her husband. She loved her family.

Pauline is survived by her children, Barry L., husband of Kathy (Kuipers) Fair of Akron, Debra K. Comiskey of Westminster, MA, Kim L., wife of James D. Zimmerman of New Holland and Tina M. Martin of Leola; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a brother, Frank M. Fair, Jr.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a viewing on Sunday, July 6, from 1 to 2 pm, at the Stradling Funeral Home, 30 N. 9th St., Akron, followed by her funeral service at 2 pm, with Chaplains Chet Yoder and William Mast officiating. Interment will take place in the Mt. Zion Evangelical Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Pauline’s memory may be made to the Garden Spot Village Benevolent Fund, 433 S. Kinzer Ave, New Holland, PA 17557.
