Mary Badger Jessup, 90, of Ephrata, PA, formerly of Blue Hill, Maine, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2013, at Ephrata Manor, where she resided the past four years.

She was born in Quincy, Massachusetts to the late Louis and the late Alice (Parker) Badger and was the wife of the late John E. Jessup, who passed away in 1991.

Mary was a member of the Blue Hill Congregational Church, and active in the Bagaduce Lending Library. She was a graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She was a self-employed organist/choir director and piano teacher. She was a true lover of music.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Jennifer DeCarlo and Mariell Jessup; five grandchildren, Mariell DeCarlo, Marc DeCarlo, Mary Parker Jessup, John David Jessup, and Marijayne Jessup.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Randy Jessup.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions in Mary's memory may be made to The Bagaduce Lending Library, PO Box 829, Blue Hill, Maine 04614.
