Obituary for Shirley A. Reese
Shirley A. Reese, 72, of Lancaster, formerly of Ephrata, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020, at Lancashire Hall.
She was born in Shaefferstown to the late Charles and Eva (Redcay) Wealand and was the wife of the late Jimmy Reese.
Shirley worked as a line inspector and then move into sanitation at Tyson Foods, New Holland. She was a loving mother.
She is survived by four children, Brian Wealand, companion of Teresa Hersh of Ephrata, Shane, husband of Sandra Reese of Ephrata, Lori, wife of Bill Worthington of Ephrata, Jody Reese of Ephrata; two step-daughters, Rocklyn Trent and Tena Jones; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ferlin Reese.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
