Obituary for Michael David Bell
Michael David Bell, 43, of Akron, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at home.
He was born in Lancaster to Harriet (Amos) Bell and the late Harry W. Bell and was the husband of Kelly B. (Pfautz) Bell with whom he shared 19 years of marriage.
Michael was a cardiovascular technologist for Lancaster General Hospital for 22 years. He was a graduate of Ephrata High School, class of 1996, and Gwynedd Mercy University, class of 1999. Michael was hardworking and loved spending time with his family. His daughter was his pride and joy. He enjoyed riding his e-bike, attending live rock and roll concerts, and was an avid Penn State and Pittsburgh Steeler fan.
In addition to his mother and wife, Michael is survived by his daughter, Reagan E. Bell and his brother, Jason W. Bell, husband of Mandy.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 10 to 11AM at Stradling Funeral Home, 30 N. 9th Street, Akron, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM with Pastor Larry Kipp officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
