Obituary for Lucille Craig (Yohn)

Lucille Craig, 99, of Manheim, formerly of Reamstown, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022, at Pleasant View Retirement Community.

She was born in East Waterford to the late Grover and Sarah (Burd) Yohn and was the wife of the late Camp M. Craig for over 79 years before his passing October 4, 2020.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Penryn.

Lucille was a hairstylist, owning and operating her own shop, Lucille's, in Ephrata, and later working with her daughter at Veronica's Bridal Shop. She enjoyed buying and selling antiques, was an excellent cook and adored her pet cats. She was well known for her floral and wreath designs and won many awards. Lucille was a member of the Pegasus Flying Club and an accomplished ballroom dancer; she was always busy doing something.

Lucille is survived by her son, Dennis M. Craig of Lebanon; daughter, Veronica L. Craig of Ephrata, and granddaughter, Alexandria.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022, 10:00 AM at Muddy Creek Cemetery, 10 S. Muddy Creek Road,, Denver, with Chaplain Audrey Estep officiating.
