Leonard W. Martin, 79, of Ephrata, entered into his heavenly home surrounded by family Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at Wellspan York Hospital.

He was born in Terre Hill to the late Clarence E. and Lydia (Weaver) Martin and was the husband of Annabel F. (Good) Martin with whom he would have celebrated 57 years of marriage on April 7, 2019.
Leonard loved spending time with his family and was an active member of Hinkletown Mennonite Church. He was the owner/operator of L.W. Martin Truck Repair. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, was a member of the Buccaneer Hunting Club, enjoyed short term mission trips, traveling, other cultures and loved meeting new people.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Daryl, husband of Tracy (Wright) Martin of Akron, Keith Martin of Rothsville, Cheryl, wife of Tim Pfautz of Ephrata; nine grandchildren, Tyler, husband of Kendra Martin, Cody, husband of Michelle Martin, Brittany Martin, Moriah, wife of Morgan Stauffer, Teagan, husband of Allie Pfautz, Alaysia Pfautz, Jadon Pfautz, Brasen Pfautz, Sheldon, wife of Devin Kaczynski; five great-granddaughters; six siblings, Leland, husband of Erma Martin, Louise, wife of Leon Kurtz, Eugene, husband of Marilyn Martin, Lois, wife of Lester Weaver, Larry Martin and Lynn, husband of Iliana Martin.
A visitation will be held Sunday, April 7, 2019, from 5 to 8 pm at the Hinkletown Mennonite Church, 2031 28th Division Highway, Ephrata. An additional visitation will be held, Monday, April 8, from 9 to 10 am, at the church, followed by his funeral service at 10 am, with Pastor Glenn E. Sauder officiating. Interment will take place in Hinkletown Mennonite Cemetery
