Obituary for Kenneth A. King
Kenneth A. King, 78, of Stevens, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.
He was born in Coatesville to the late Charles and Ann (Pratt) King and was the husband of Judith A. (Welsh) King with whom he shared 52 years of marriage.
Kenneth was an engineer for Columbia Gas for over 23 years. He was veteran of the US Army and enjoyed hunting.
In addition to his wife, Kenneth is survived by two daughters, Tammy, wife of Charles J. Hansberry, III of Ephrata, Keli Karth of Clearfield; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Ann Lawrence of Churchtown, Martha Harvey of Downingtown and a brother, James King of Delaware.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandchild and a brother, Charles King.
Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kenneth's memory may be made to the American Heart Association-Lancaster Division, 4250 Crums Mill Road, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA, 17112.
