Katherine J. Litchfield, 94, of Ephrata, formerly of Southampton, Bucks County, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.

She was born in Fox Chase, Philadelphia, to the late Aloysious and Mary (Cummings) McCarey and was the wife of the late Thomas Edward Litchfield.

She was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, Ephrata.

Katherine worked in quality Control for a paper manufacturer in Philadelphia.

Katherine is survived by three children, Ed, husband of Bobbie Litchfield, Frank Litchfield, partner of Debbie Atkins, Kathe, wife of Tim Matthews; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tom Litchfield. She was the last of her immediate family

Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
