Obituary for John H. Wenrich Jr.
John H. Wenrich, Jr., 65, of Ephrata, formerly of Denver, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.
He was born in Newmanstown to the late John H. and Esther (Keiper) Wenrich.
He was a member of Indiantown Mennonite Church and enjoyed playing Bingo, gardening, and watching football and baseball.
John worked for F and M Hat Co., Denver, for over 30 years prior to his retirement.
He is survived by four siblings, Emerson S., husband of Diane Wenrich of Bloomsburg,Carol A. Miller of Birdsboro, Bruce L. Wenrich and Mark Strickler, both of Myerstown.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, on Saturday, November 21, 2020 in the Muddy Creek Cemetery. The wearing of masks is requested by the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in John's memory may be made to American Diabetes Assoc., 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202.
