I am sending my sincere condolences to Jerry's Mother, wife, children, grandchildren, Tommy, Danny, and their wives.
Jerry and I were first cousins. My mother and his father were brother and sister. I was so shocked and very sad to read of Jerry's
passing. I will always remember Jerry fondly. He was truly one of a kind! There were eight cousins who got together at our
Grandparents home for many holidays and special occasions when we were younger. Good Times. My grandparents, my mother,
and my 3 uncles have all passed. Lost contact with the boys as we got older. I would run into Jerry, periodically, and would be
happy to see him and catch up. My thoughts, love, and prayers are with Jerry's family at this very sad time. I always smile when I think of Jerry. Heaven has gained an angel. Hugs and Love to the whole family.

So sorry for your loss of a such a great man! I worked with him for years at Sauders. Last I seen him was at an Akron Park family fun day in which he was telling me about his grandkids whom he was so fond of! I could hold a conversation with him for over an hour easily just catching up. So sorry for your loss!

Jerry is my cousin on my dad’s side. I have fond memories of him. He gave me the album Yes Fragile as a young teen and as a part time musician, the gift helped me a lot. He had an awesome sense of humor and the biggest sci-fi set of books I’d ever seen. I will miss his sense of humor and warmth.

Of all the Brunner/Shimp cousins, Jerry was the oldest and I was the youngest so I didn't get to know him very well. Despite being older than me, he was always kind and friendly to me as a kid. He even sold me his car when I was a teenager. I have not seen Jerry for some time, but I think of him fondly and send my condolences to his family.

Jerry was my high school classmate. I remember him as funny and always nice to me. I believe my older sister (Jeanette Stover) babysat for him and his brothers a few times. The class of 1970 will be thinking of him when we gather for our 50th reunion next year. I'm so sorry for your loss. Jerry was a good guy and his classmates are saddened by his passing.
