Obituary for George Alan Landis
George Alan Landis, 71, of Lancaster County, PA, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at home.
He was born in Ephrata, PA, to the late Paul H. and Grace A. (Messner) Landis, and was the husband of Phyllis E. (Bedi) Landis with whom he shared 19 years of marriage.
George most recently performed custodial maintenance for Manheim Township School District, and previously worked for Kalas Wire, Denver, and Miller and Hess, Akron. He enjoyed going out to eat, going to the Poconos, and going to the movies with his friend Jerry.
In addition to his wife, George is survived by three step-children, Robert Wall, husband of Kimberly, Billie Jo Crills, wife of Josh, Josh Wall, and six step-grandchildren.
Services and interment will be private.
