I am so delighted to have known Fred for a couple of years as massage therapist at Luther Acres.
We had such fun together. I learned lots about old-time Ephrata, where I have lived for 30 years. We realized early on that
I had lived across the alley from him, in the Pine Street apartments, when I first moved to Ephrata. I probably met him then.

He was such a wonderful man, full of stories, but also always interested in my life and doings, remembering things to ask me about from one appt to the next. I remember him so, so fondly. Fred and his edelweiss suspenders and bright smile.

I stopped by to visit him when he was in nursing care in January, and said goodbye.

And now, we are nearby again! I live right beside Cedar Hill cemetery, and will see his grave every day when I walk. It warms
my heart that he is there - even though he's not there.

Blessings as you grieve and celebrate his life.
