Obituary for Diana A. Hess (Bruneau)
Diana A. Hess, 74, of Ephrata, went to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada she was the daughter of the late Paul Leon Joseph and Carmelle J. (Desautels) Bruneau.
Diana was a member of New Covenant Church of God.
In her early years she was a commercial advertisement model in a local Winnipeg newspaper. She had also worked as a medical secretary/receptionist for Dr. Chang, also in Winnipeg. She was a graduate of Red River Community College in Winnipeg.
Diana was the loving wife of James L. Hess, with whom she shared 41 years of marriage. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, D. Gail, wife of Bill G. McFadden of Ephrata and a twin brother, Dennis Bruneau, who resides in West Kelowna, British Columbia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Anthony "Tony" Morin.
Diana loved her family very much. They were a very important part of her life. Her passion was sharing the love of Jesus with others and introducing them to the Lord Jesus Christ.
The family extends their sincere thanks and appreciation to all the devoted and loving caregivers at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019, 7:00 PM at the New Covenant Church of God, 111 E. Chestnut Street, Ephrata, with a visitation prior beginning at 6:00 PM. A private interment took place in the Mellinger's Mennonite Cemetery.
