Obituary for Barbara J. Horner (Comerford)
Barbara J. Horner, 71, of Ephrata, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020, at home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Anita (Render) Comerford.
She was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help. Before retirement, Barbara was a certified Optician.
She loved her animals, especially her two grand-dogs and grand-kitty. She also loved spending time with her family and doing things with her daughters.
Barbara is survived by her daughters, Dawn, wife of Steve Zonin, Amy, wife of Dwayne Shirk; a sister, Georgine, wife of Barry Horner; a brother, Richard Comerford and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her older sister, Annette (Comerford) Fort.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
