Obituary for Alice Snyder
Alice Z. Snyder, 79, of Ephrata, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at her residence.
She was born in New Holland to the late Aaron and Hettie (Martin) Snyder.
She was a member of Ephrata Bible Fellowship Church. Alice loved her cats, sewing, and quilting. She enjoyed cooking and tending to her garden. Alice was a great aunt to her entire family.
Alice owned and operated Snyder’s Daycare.
She is survived by a son, Ed, husband of Tammy Snyder of Lititz; a daughter, Tina, wife of Randy Rathman of Rehoboth, DE; a granddaughter, Morgan Snyder; a grandson, Zachary Snyder and a brother, David Z., husband of Eva Martin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Esther Stauffer and a brother, Isaac Martin.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 10 AM, at Steinmetz Cemetery, Stevens, with Pastor Dan Krall officiating.
