Condolences

Condolence From: Nancy Eichberger
Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Nancy's family and husband. I worked with Nancy at Wernersville Hospital for a few years before I left to return to my home state Michigan. Nancy was kind and valued all life. I remember when we came to work and found a mouse caught on mouse trap tape, his foot was stuck and she became very upset, feeling that it was cruel. I was kind of laughing and Nancy said to me, "his life was as important to him as yours is to you." I didn't quite get it then....but I do now. She was right. Nancy brought dignity and sunshine with her wherever she went. I'm sure the folks at work miss her very much she was incredible at her medical job. I'm glad our paths crossed and that I got to know and work with Nanc. I wish her the very best in the next phase of her journey. Bye for now Nan. I'm glad our paths crossed. Knowing you changed me for the better. Thank you for all you taught me my friend. We WILL meet again, until then... :)

Condolence: To Curt and family,
Nancy was my classmate, class of 1966 at Garden Spot High School. Later in life we were fellow secretaries at New Holland Machine in the Financial Division. I am so sorry for your loss. The pictures in the obituary showed Nancy aged "well." My compliments on excellent pictures used. I'm sorry I was not able to attend the service for Nancy. I would have liked to be there for her.

Condolence: Sincere condolences to Nancy's family, as she returns to the universe.
Nancy and I worked together at the hospital, and often chatted as we "took the stairs" together. We often worked together, as well.

Condolence From: Dr. Phyllis Murr
Condolence: Nancy was salt of the earth. Always looking for homes for cats and kittens, and any other animal who needed a home. When my sister-in-law passed away, we needed a home for her bunny "Sophie". Nancy took Sophie so she could be a companion to the Rabbit she already had. It was a blessing to know "Sophie" had a good home. One day I saw Nancy Crying "Sophie Died", she exclaimed. She had taken Sophie to the vet to have surgery for Glaucoma, because Nancy felt the animal was in terrible pain, even though the animal was already blind. Nancy's heart was as big as the whole outdoors. No one would expect anyone else to adopt a calf on the way to the auction, but "Lucky" was fortunate to be in the back of truck when Nancy was driving and saw the animal. Of Course Luck grew into a multi-ton Steer, but that didn't phase Nancy. She will be dearly missed.
