Phyllis A. (Fry) Brubaker, 95, of Lancaster, got her wish for God to take her soul to heaven on October 8, 2017, at Brethren Village, where she resided for the last 25 years.

She was born in Martindale to the late Spencer H. and Ruth G. (Taylor) Fry and was the wife of the late Mark B. Brubaker who passed away in 2004.

She was a member of Ephrata Church of the Brethren.

Phyllis enjoyed making many quilts for her family and the Relief Sale. She was a graduate of Ephrata High School.

Phyllis is survived by a son, Dennis L., husband of Faye Brubaker of Myerstown; a daughter, Priscilla B. Michael-Enck, wife of Paul Enck of Lititz; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and a brother, Harry Fry of IN.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, M. Brent Brubaker; a brother, James Fry and a granddaughter, Debra.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Phyllis's memory may be made to Brethren Village Good Samaritan Fund, 3001 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA, 17522.
