Obituary for Margaret M. Rabold

Margaret May "Maggie" Rabold, 90, of Sinking Spring, formerly of Ephrata, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016, at Manor Care, Sinking Spring.

She was born in Hopeland to the late Albert and Lillian Mae (Meiskey) Enck and was the wife of the late Paul I. Rabold who passed away in 1987.

Maggie was a member of Mellinger's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Stevens, a former member of the Schoeneck Area Lions Club, and Brickerville Leisure Hours. She enjoyed traveling to the mountains.

She was employed for 24 years as a waitress, at the former Howard Johnsons on the PA Turnpike, where she was also a part-time manager. She later worked for F.W. Woolworth Co. in Denver.

Maggie is survived by 3 sons, Danny L. (Althea E. Hacker) Rabold of Denver, Larry L. Rabold and companion Beverly A. Miller of Stevens, James L. (Donna Dommel) Rabold of Akron; 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Paul G. Rabold, a grandson, Dwight D. Rabold, and a brother, Paul Enck.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016, from 9 to 10 am at the Mellinger's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 80 Gockley Road, Stevens. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 am, with Pastor Timothy L. Craven officiating. Interment will take place in the Mellinger's Union Cemetery.
